This week we're getting really practical. We are cutting out a major source of negativity. It's no secret that bad news sells. Therefore most of the news is not that great. So let's cut it out of our diet for a week. If you get your news from some influencer, mute them for a week. If you get it from a website, just don't go on it for a week. Let's just see what happens.
